About

At LUCDA, everything we do is rooted in a simple belief: when children and families are supported early, strong futures are built.

Our mission and vision guide how we show up for our communities—through meaningful relationships, quality programs, and a deep commitment to helping every child grow, learn, and thrive.

Mission

By providing comprehensive early childhood services that nurture the parent-child relationship, LUCDA sets the foundation for children to become life-long learners and achieve their fullest potential.

Vision

Lincoln Uinta Child Development Association (LUCDA), in partnership with community and government agencies, is dedicated to identifying and meeting the needs of young children, birth through five, and their families in a manner which is nurturing, supportive, and individualized.

Through expanding and comprehensive programs, LUCDA is committed to assisting each child to achieve his or her full potential by developing those skills which provide the foundation for later school and life success.

In collaboration with parents, caregivers, and community members, LUCDA promotes self-esteem, social competency, and school readiness through positive, active learning experiences.

LUCDA provides high-quality early intervention and early childhood programs so that all children have equal opportunities to learn, play, and grow.

Serving families across Lincoln and Uinta Counties.
