What is LUCDA? 

LUCDA (Lincoln Uinta Child Development Association) provides early childhood and family support services for children from birth to age five.

Our programs focus on the whole child—supporting learning, development, health, and family well-being through a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Who We Serve

  • Children from birth to age 5

  • Families in Lincoln and Uinta Counties

  • Children with a wide range of developmental needs

Our programs may include Head Start and Early Intervention services. If you’re unsure what program is right for your child—that’s okay. We’re here to help guide you.
